Since joining Blueprint in 2012, Erin has consulted to develop and deliver dynamic training initiatives for hospitality, call center and insurance giants like Hilton, Choice Hotels International, Principal Financial Group, and LifeLock (Norton). Beyond Erin’s industry experience, she holds a bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and International Business.
Prior to joining Blueprint, Erin spent 14 years as a Training Account Manager and Instructional Designer with Signature Worldwide, Inc. Erin was continuously selected for exclusive assignments given to only the top performers in the organization and she was honored with the company’s prestigious “Trainer of the Year” award from a field of more than 35 trainers.
